Dragon Con has come and gone, but the videos are here to stay. If you weren’t able to go this year, no worries…. these cosplay videos put you right in the middle of the action. We’ve combed through tons of cosplay photos and videos, and these really stand out. But first, one last shameless plug for our DRAGON CON SHOW, right here:
A bit of advice, when it comes to looking through all the videos, we tend to shy away from the extra-long ones. Yeah, they definitely cover a lot of ground and include tons of cosplays, but extra long videos usually start losing viewers after a few minutes — or people do what I do, and fast-forward through them.
So now, kick back and check out these best-of-the-best cosplay videos from this year’s Dragon Con — the 30th Anniversary of the event. This first video comes to us complements of the CONVENTION REVIEWS Community page.
This next video comes to us from MLZ Studios. I like it, but I think the slow-motion is overdone…I know that it’s the trend right now to shoot all cosplay videos in slow-mo, so I can’t complain too much. But maybe a “little less” slo-mo wold be good. Still, we liked it and it’s definitely worth a watch.
Here’s one that focuses mainly on the Dragon Con cosplay parade… freakin’ awesome! It’s kinda short, but packs a big punch. Brought to us by Atomic Sauce.
If you have an hour and half and want to watch the entire parade, here’s the official DragonCon TV broadcast. Some of the comments indicate that the camera-work wasn’t the best this year, but here it is if you want to watch.
Day Zero….a video by MegaShip. Pretty good overview.
Here’s a round-up of Saturday and Sunday by MegaShip. I like that it’s not all slo-mo (although I do like some slo-mo).
Okay, this one made us misty…. a tribute to Gene Wilder. Called ‘Imagination.’ Love it. From RealTDragon.
