Well, another Con has come and gone, and all I got was this lousy t-shirt…and a few dozen videos. Long Beach Comic Con was cool. Smaller, manageable, but chock-full of some of the best cosplay on the west coast. I think the proliferation of southern-California conventions and fan events–not to mention the close proximity to the costuming mecca of Hollywood–has definitely built up a top-tier community of cosplayers in this area.
