Our friends over at ThatHashTagShow tipped us to this one: With no huge Hall H panel at Comic-Con this year, there’s been a relative dearth of news coming from Marvel Studios of late (except for the repeated delays in movies due to COVID-19). But that changed today with a cool new art release from Andy Park, Marvel Studios Director of Visual Development & Concept Artist: Black Widow, Shang-Chi, WandaVision, Thor… he gave us this cool new concept art of Kate Bishop, daughter of Hawkeye and a new Super Hero in the Marvel Cinematic Universe…
I hear some people are having MCU withdrawals. I feel ya. Waiting is tough I know! Here’s a little something- a concept design illustration I did for the upcoming Hawkeye @disneyplus show. Hawkeye is one of a number of Marvel Studios-produced series coming soon — but not soon enough! — to Disney+. Hailee Steinfeld is rumored to be on the top of the list for the part of Kate Bishop, but nothing official has been announced yet.
As of right now Black Widow hits theaters on November 6, followed by Eternals on February 12, 2021, Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings on May 5 2021, Spider-Man: Homecoming 3 on November 5, 2021, Thor: Love and Thunder on February 11, 2022, Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness on March 25, 2022, Black Panther 2 on May 6, 2022, and Captain Marvel 2 on July 8, 2022. Disney+ has The Falcon and The Winter Soldier, WandaVision, Loki, What If…? Hawkeye, Ms. Marvel, She-Hulk, and Moon Knight on the way, but no firm dates have been announced on those series. All these dates are moving targets until theaters open back up and the Coronivirus is under control.
