It’s not quite a red-band trailer, but it definitely gives a glimpse into the brutal truth of Michael Myers — he’s all about random violence. That’s what the filmmakers are trying to convey, the fact that Michael doesn’t choose people just because he’s related to them (as was the case in the first series of films), but rather, he’s a monster of randomness.
