A ‘WALKING DEAD’ EASTER EGG IN ‘SUPERNATURAL’ — LUCILLE MAKES A GUEST APPEARANCE

It’s awesome when the creative team at Supernatural throws in a special treat for the die-hard fans. Remember last year when Dean, aka, Jenson Ackles, posted a pic of himself atop his car with a certain barbed-wire bat…. it was a cool callout to his once-and-former TV father, John Winchester, played in the early seasons of Supernatural by Jeffrey Dean Morgan. Morgan made his name playing Denny Duquette on season 2 of Grey’s Anatomy, then went on to his Supernatural badness before taking on his biggest role to date: NEGAN!

Negan is perhaps the most villainous baddie ever to cut a bloody swath through the pages (and episodes) of THE WALKING DEAD. The beginning of this year’s current season 7 introduced Negan in, perhaps, one of the most upsetting and violent   hours of television ever broadcast. Hey, nobody said killing demons was easy work.
As they return, Dean is holding a very familiar weapon. Dean gives her a few light swings and says, “Dad loved this thing.” Like the brothers, Lucille’s covered in blood, too.   FULL ARTICLE >>>
